Swaps and company approval
RosterBird helps crew publish flights, find alternatives, send and manage swap requests and track progress. An agreement between crew members is not company approval. Submit your request through your company’s required process. Updates entered by crew are labelled as user-reported. Duty-time pre-checks and self-declared qualifications do not replace the company’s final checks.
Your responsibilities
Provide accurate information and keep your roster and declarations current. You must hold the required role, aircraft qualifications, passport and country access for duties you request. Do not claim an approval or qualification you do not have. RosterBird is not affiliated with or endorsed by your airline unless explicitly stated.
Content and conduct
Harassment, threats, spam, impersonation, unlawful material and sharing another person’s private information without permission are prohibited. You can report content and block crew in the app. Authorised administrators may hide reported listings or suspend accounts. Do not post confidential company information or credentials.
Subscriptions
The purchase screen shows available plans, prices and billing periods. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through the relevant store. Manage cancellation and refunds through Apple or Google. Cancelling renewal retains access through the paid entitlement period, subject to the store’s decision and applicable rules. Restore purchases from the subscription screen.
