Information you provide
RosterBird processes your account and crew profile, roster duties, swap listings, requests, private messages, preferences, subscription status and any travel or qualification declarations you choose to provide. Travel declarations are self-reported. Do not send passport numbers or document scans through messages.
How your information is used
Account and roster information support sign-in, roster synchronisation, discovery, swap requests, private conversations, duty-time pre-checks and progress tracking. Connecting eCrew allows RosterBird to use your credentials to retrieve your roster. Saved eCrew passwords are encrypted by the service. The company remains responsible for approving a swap.
Visibility and service providers
Open swap listings and searchable profile information can be viewed by signed-in crew members. A private conversation is restricted to its two participants. Roster sharing follows your friendship and sharing settings. Supabase provides authentication, database and storage services. RevenueCat processes subscription entitlement information; Apple or Google handles payment details. Reports can be reviewed by authorised service administrators.
Your controls and account deletion
You can edit your profile, update declarations, manage roster sharing, block crew and report content in the app. Delete your account in Settings → Account. The deletion flow removes the account and its linked app records and profile media. Company records and records independently held by payment providers are managed by those organisations. Retention periods and applicable privacy rights must be finalised before public launch.
